Blog Week 1
I found it really interesting in exactly how complicated but yet useful twitter can be, especially for business or celebs. I mean It doesn't take much to follow somebody, and some people might follow as many people/things as they can, so it's a free way to reach so many people. The complicated and involved part that really intrigued me wasn't it being hard to use. Instead, all of the third party software to make it easier means it is really catching on, and it'll be around for a while longer. I'm more of a facebook fan myself, but there isn't a bunch of programs to make facebook easier. Just that those softwares exist means twitter is being taken very seriously within the social media community.

Great observation, Vinnie! You are right. So many others have found the value in using Twitter, so the developer community stepped in to make products that make Twitter easier to use - that's a big investment of time and money to do, so they feel it is worthwhile. I will post a blog on the class blog about some of the other Twitter apps out there. Nice job.
